Mental Health Management Membership
For children with ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, and OCD, we offer a mental health membership. Dr. Webb will manage mental health medications, checking in with each patient and family frequently to provide personalized recommendations for each unique situation. In addition to medication management, Dr. Webb will work with families to create a plan for each child which includes advice on nutrition, exercises, skill building, therapy recommendations and local resources as applicable. We believe in a holistic approach to treating mental health conditions.
Flexible Visits
The Mental Health Membership allows the ability to schedule as many visits as needed to fine tune the appropriate medication and dose for each child. Our model allows us to meet with parents in the manner that works best: in office, virtual, phone call, or email/text communication.
Convenience and Availability
When you have questions, concerns, or need a refill on medication, simply text message, call, or email and Dr. Webb will get back to you quickly. You do not need to come in for refills every month. We typically require an in office visit to check weight and blood pressure every 6 months.
Affordable Monthly Cost
The mental health membership cost is $65 per month and includes all visits, evaluations, and support (text, video visit, email communication, phone calls). For all questions and conditions not related to your child’s mental health management, you will continue to see your child’s regular doctor. For patients who join the full Pediatric membership, mental health care management is included in the cost of their membership.
One Time Visits
Dr. Webb will offer one-time visits for non-members (ex: sick visit, sports physical, consult, etc) for a single fee. To learn more, call us at 830-587-5098 or email at info@pricklypearpediatrics.com.
Ear Piercing
Dr. Webb offers safe, medical ear piercing using Blomdahl’s ear piercing system with sterile, medical grade plastic studs in a variety of earring colors that you or your child can choose. Children must be at least 3 months of age. We can pierce adult ears too!
If your child is a practice member and you would like to get their ears peirced at their next checkup, just ask!
The cost is $70 for members and $110 for non-members. This includes the earrings used as well as after-care cleaning wipes.

At Prickly Pear Pediatrics, the relationship is between you and your physician. If you have a question or worry, you can text, email, or call Dr. Webb and you will get an answer from her directly. There is no waiting on hold or having your question pass through multiple staff members.
We offer same or next day sick visits, virtual visits when it makes sense, and checkups that are easy to schedule.
Dr. Webb has a smaller number of patients compared to a doctor in a typical insurance based pediatric clinic, which means that she has more time to spend with each family, more flexibility with scheduling, and knows each of her patients very well.

Membership includes newborn and 2 week check ups in your home*. Sick visits may also be offered at home based on availability
*For patients in a 15 mile radius from the clinic
Low monthly cost covers check ups, vaccines*, unlimited sick visits with no copays. As your child get older, the monthly fee decreases. Since insurance does not dictate our relationship, you can stay with Prickly Pear Pediatrics even if you have a job or insurance coverage change *Vaccines billed to insurance through 3rd party vendor or offered at a cash pay rate for those who are not insured
